The partnership is a structured referral program between the two companies, lead by Sue Hensch of Carolina One and Neil Monaghan of the Monaghan Company Real Estate. This program is designed to connect clients in the Charleston area with the local resources of the Monaghan Company in Clemson. Alumni of the University, in addition to game day fans and families with children attending Clemson, are all projected to be among those most probable to take advantage of this unique partnership. Conversely, any upstate buyer searching for property in Charleston will be able to access information from Carolina One via their Monaghan Company agent.

Carolina One is the market leader in the Charleston area with eleven offices and over 700 agents, covering all of Charleston and the neighboring counties.
