The partnership is a structured referral program between the two companies, lead by Sue Hensch of Carolina One and Neil Monaghan of the Monaghan Company Real Estate. Kick off for the program was held at a recent function of the Charleston Chapter of the Clemson Alumni Association. During the fall recap of football recruiting, Ms. Hensch, a primary sponsor of the event, used the occasion to announce the partnership with the Monaghan Company. Alumni of the University, in addition to game day fans and families with children attending Clemson, are all projected to be among those most probable to take advantage of this unique partnership.
