About Me

Jacqui Komo Aurich grew up in Clemson, and graduated from DWD and Clemson University. From there, Jacqui went with her husband Charles to North Carolina for 10 years where she was AVP Marketing at Lexington State Bank, then moved to Hong Kong with her husband’s company.  Against all grandparents’ wishes, they took their then 3 year old son Chris for a two year contract that quickly turned into 11 years  – “we loved it!” Knowing all along family was waiting, and wanting to ensure their son could complete his 4 years of high school in one place, they were able to recently return to Clemson, where Jacqui became a licensed real estate agent while they were buying their own home here. Jacqui is eager to work with anyone who wants to become part of this amazing area or modify their own real estate dreams.

A Few Of Jacqui’s Satisfied Clients…

We did a housing search long distance as we were moving in from another state. A colleague recommended Jacqui to us and I’m glad they did! Jacqui was very accommodating and made the long distance search a breeze. She gave us video tours of houses, set up an intense weekend of house looking when we came out for two days, gave us great recommendations for lawyers/inspectors/etc., and took care of lots of the little details that were difficult to do long distance. She was also extremely welcoming when we arrived and has gone above and beyond to make sure we are settling in ok. I’m glad we found such a great realtor!!
After selling 7 homes over the course of our marriage, and Jo having worked as a realtor years ago, I’d think we’d be pretty knowledgeable about selling. But, after 17 years in our Clemson home we found there are many differences in the way real estate transactions are carried out these days and really appreciated the way Jacqui guided us through the process. She is personable and professional in just the right mixture and we would recommend her highly. Our home sold quickly and with no glitches, and Jacqui was always there when we needed her even going the extra mile when we needed some special support. As I told her at the end of the process, she is in the right line of work!

Work with Jacqui is certainly a pleasure. She helped us to find a house exactly what we are looking for. As a first time buyer, we were very nervous about buying a home. Jacqui couldn’t have made the process go any smoother. She is very knowledge, patient, and helpful in guiding us through the process. She took care of every detail cheerfully and professionally! I would strongly recommend Jacqui for buying or selling your home.

We moved from Louisiana to Clemson South Carolina this summer. Neil Monaghan and Jacqui Aurich helped us through the process of a house purchase at Clemson. We were impressed with their professionalism and would like to strongly recommend them as your agent. They consistently stand by us and truly represented our interests all the time, including negotiation of the price, making appointments with home inspection, analyzing the inspection report and letting us know what repairs are most important and appropriate to request, and following up with the reinspection, working with mortgage company and seller to get paperwork done in an efficient manner, etc. We particularly appreciate their understanding and patience when we arrived very late on the closing day due to traffic, as they arranged a decent hotel for us that night so that we could close the next morning. The whole procedure was smooth and pleasant. In addition, Jacqui extended her responsibility and helped us pick up our son coming back from school one afternoon and took after him as we got stuck on the way back from Atlanta. We think they are professional and reliable with business and also pleasant to be friends with.

My family and I worked with Jacqui on our recent move from California to the Clemson area. She was incredibly helpful with all aspects of our home purchase and was more than willing to go out of her way to help with everything we needed (or didn’t even think about before hand). She had great recommendations for everything from inspectors, painters, lawn care, etc. which made the daunting task of remotely closing much easier to manage. She was both very professional and very friendly, I would recommend her for anyone looking to buy a home in the Clemson area.

I just wanted to write and let you know how appreciative I am of your help during my visit to Clemson. You went far above and beyond what I expected and really helped me to feel comfortable in the town. I don’t know if you could tell from my excitement, but you allowed me to really see myself living in the area. I have met a lot of nice people out here in Oklahoma, but it hasn’t quite been southern hospitality. Thanks again for loaning me your husband’s golf clubs!! That was too nice!
