The Monaghan Company welcomed Frank Julian in 2011 shortly after he became a licensed real estate agent. A native of Upstate New York, Frank has called Clemson home for over 33 years. Frank is well known in the area as owner of Hair South Salon, a successful buisness in downtown Clemson that he began in 1982.
